Mindful Athlete 8-week Course
Members Only
An 8-week mindfulness course curated specifically for Indian Trail Club members (tennis, paddle, and pickleball). Built as a self-paced program with various levels of guidance, it demystifies mindfulness and meditation by taking it off the cushion and into real play. The course meets each individual where they are and offers a simple, practical framework for applying the training directly on the court.
This is not a typical meditation app.
It’s an intentional, progressive training system designed for real performance integration.

A Structured Training System
VIEW
This is where you learn why mindfulness works. You’ll explore the principles behind attention, awareness, and performance—giving you a clear understanding of how your mind operates under pressure and how to work with it more effectively.
PRACTICE
This is the training. Through guided and unguided meditation, you’ll build the skill of directing and sustaining attention, noticing distraction, and returning to the present moment—again and again.
INTEGRATION
This is where the work becomes real. You’ll apply mindfulness directly to performance “in the wild”—on the court, in competition, and in everyday moments—learning how to reset, refocus, and respond with clarity under pressure.
REFLECTION
This is where awareness deepens. At the end of each phase, you’ll reflect on your experience, identify patterns, and reinforce what you’re learning—turning practice into lasting change.
“Rafi has taught me not only how to meditate mindfully, but also how to be mindful when I play golf, cook, work out, or spend time with my family. He has shown me how to live a mindful life. One of my favorite mantras used to be “be where your feet are.” Now, I actually know how to live that. I can confidently say that I would not be where I am—externally and especially internally—without him.”
